Postage and Packaging for most UK destinations are as follows:
All items are sent by 1st Class mail unless otherwise stated. For safe return and to ensure expedient receipt of your recycled items, we recommend that customers should pay for Recorded Delivery (Signed For) postage.

International shipping to overseas will attract an additional charge of £7.99 for 'Standard International' post and £9.99 for 'Tracked & Signed For' post.
Ease of Posting
When sending in recycled clothes to “Cuddly Bear Wear” for adjusting and resizing, place them in a secure jiffy bag together with a print out of your completed order form. If you have not placed your order on-line but filled in one of our manual order forms you can enclose your cheque/postal order payment made payable to: “Cuddly Bear Wear”.
Take your package to the post office and send it to the following address: “Cuddly Bear Wear”, 50 Denby Grange, Harlow ESSEX CM17 9PZ. We recommend that you post your package to us by ‘Recorded’ or ‘Special’ delivery, so you can keep a personal track of your goods posted.
How long will return delivery take?
All adjustments to your recycled clothing are personal to each cuddly toy. Therefore, please allow 4 - 6 weeks business working days for the return of your adjusted clothing. If there are any unforeseen delays then you will be contacted by e-mail. During peak seasons such as summer and end of school year, and Christmas the return of recycled clothing may take up to 6 weeks. If you have any queries regarding postage then please do not hesitate to contact us.
For international addresses an additional carriage cost of £7.99 must be added to your total order to cover international postage and handling via UK Royal Mail delivery.
We recommend that when posting recycled garments to “Cuddly Bear Wear” you ‘Record’ or ‘Special’ delivery your package so that you have a record of your delivery to us. We cannot be made responsible for any packages being posted to us.
Return Postage prices are stated on your order, which are correct at the time of ordering.
We will aim to deliver your returned package by recorded delivery, which will have to be signed for by you.
Goods are delivered by Royal Mail or Courier and recycled goods will be posted by recorded delivery and will require a signature on receipt. If delivery has to be attempted more than twice due to the recipient not being available to receive the goods, a second delivery charge may be made. Furthermore, if the recipient requires a delivery to be redirected, a second delivery charge may also be incurred.
Non Delivery, Damage in Transit
Brand New Clothing.
When it comes to brand new clothing we will try to make your garments the way you would like the design to be. You must however realise that these are Teddy Bear clothes and due to the size of your bear not all of your design, will be totally identical due to sizing not for the want of trying, and we will decide what looks best on the bear. Also sending us a photo of the clothing you wish us to choice that is similar to your designed fabric may vary a little. It will never be 100% of what you may expect it to look like after all it is a bear. and we try our best to simulate your design and colour. Please realise that there will be a slight design difference, for example this may be as simple as choosing a smaller floral print a bear instead of choosing one for an adult size person who in reality is a bear is a 3rd of the size, and a small design print will be more fitting for a bear. This example will be made in logos too! so it is in keeping with the size of the bear.
Colours too! will be as close as we can get to your original design. Unless you send in the fabric for us to sew for you, or you can recycle items of clothing, we do not try to give false hope as that will be impossible to guarantee.
If you are unhappy with the bespoke item we have made for you. and the item looks identical to your brief, fits your bear. and has been made to your specifications. We will not offer a refund, as time, materials has been put into the making of your clothing for your bear. If however, there is poor workmanship, poor quality of goods, or your clothing does not fit your bear. We will ask for you to send in your bear with the clothes so we can make that judgement, and then if we are satisfied that the clothing does not fit the bear, and the measurements you sent in are correct we can offer to adjust the clothing.
Please note that we shall not be liable for any losses, costs, damages, charges or expenses caused by any delay in delivering goods. Furthermore, in the unlikely event that your product appears lost or is damaged in transit then please use our enquiry form immediately to notify us. Customers must keep the original packing in case they have any reason to return their purchase.
